They understand as a charity cost savings are important to us and don't recommend solutions which we can't afford and give options with the customer in mind rather than just to make a profit. The engineers all receive a high standard of training and are always willing to learn more about our set up.

You can talk to humans! This may sound crazy but from dealing with other support companies for the various software we have, this is not the case elsewhere. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and responsive. They always treat critical situations appropriately and deal with them immediately. What seemed like quite an overwhelming project initially wasn't the case in fact. All went smoothly thanks to their help.
