The project was created with our exact product specifications. Riseup Labs then assigned a team, held video conferences with us, and began an email exchange to refine the scope. We chose a fixed-price project, so they sent me a straight scope document, a schedule, and the cost. Once we agreed on everything, we joined an iterative cycle of development. It was a fairly typical method, but they moved very quickly.

The team consisted of a project manager and different graphic designers, programmers, and QA engineers.

The final product was delivered on time and at the approved price. It met all our needs and performed exactly according to specifications. This project is very much a success.

They cared about us and always wanted to show us how they were doing. They were always aware of our requirements and added back functions that we initially wanted but were out of scope due to budgetary constraints.

Riseup Labs developed my android app. At the start of development, their team supported the planning process. They enhanced my ideas to deliver the most valuable results.

Their team provided insight into developing the UX. They delivered a huge amount of transparency. Simple integrated features which allow users to mark individual photos and videos. They created capabilities for users to add, delete, and share content across different social media platforms.

Riseup Labs developed an android app that provides users with a news portal. The team managed the planning process and helped design the UX. In addition, they built features to enable content editing and sharing across platforms.

We communicated by email to ensure clarity. In addition, I could text the developers, which was awesome. Riseup Labs was very responsive.

Basically, We need a website for our client. I was thinking Riseup Labs is perfect for that. They did the project perfectly. The challenge was developing the first mobile online ordering platform for Delivery and Take Away orders to improve mobile web conversion.

I conducted Google searches for development agencies. We finally decided they were the best fit for us.

We have decided to program a new website based on our know-how based on React technology. Concentrated on major processes, we tackled them sprint by sprint to provide all worked fine together.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We followed our official procurement procedure that was an ITB - followed by a detailed technical and financial evaluation. We examined their offer and past experience too.

After the initial meeting they provided Inception Report. Then two (2) sample designs of the e-learning platform with user interface (landing) page was created. They developed a draft e-learning platform in English and Bengali for pilot testing. After the pilot testing following it’s feedback the final version of online and offline version of the e-learning platform was developed. They configured the server and hosted the online version and delivered the offline version in pendrives as required by our office. They provided all source codes and technical documentations, user guide, one pager, etc.

I don't remember clearly but as far as I remember approximately 20 staffs were engaged for this project in different situation - starting from CEO, Project manager, developers, QA, UI Designer, etc.

Once our timelines and deliverables were clear, we worked with their senior engineer to scope the project and assigned engineers who would work on it. The team uses mostly Laravel and VueJS for their web development.

At each point, we found them highly professional. They always tried to maintain their commitments.
