Please describe your company and your position there.

Ekapital operates as a Digital Logistics Broker in the UK for Offering International Logistics to our esteemed Clients - covering B2B and B2C segments using our Online brands. My position is as the COO for running the day to day operations.

BridgeApps designed and built a bespoke Cloud hosted marketplace and ERP platform for Client Management, Supplier Management, Rates Management, Order Management, Accounting and Invoicing solutions.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

CTO was the main point of Contact, with multiple Developers and testers at different point in time. BridgeApps built, hosted and manages the software for us, along with providing full IT support to our Operations and Call centers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our platform is a grand success and has been operating successfully. Every year we add lot more automation as the team grows and has excellent Data quality

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We dont have a IT team and was primarily fully designed and built by BridgeApps team. They are very responsive to the requirements and requirement changes, provided excellent response as and when we wanted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Excellent knowledge of Software Brilliant outcomes Amazing support and willingness to change software 24x7 Platform availability with literally no downtime.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are quite happy with this vendor and wouldn't change
