I'm the founder of a consulting company that provides coaching and training for B2B sales professionals in the technology industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Opus Technology?

We needed help with managed IT support and services. I wanted to reduce the time and burden on my internal team to free me up to work on building my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Opus Technology manages all of our IT assets, including telephony, Microsoft stack, connectivity, and cybersecurity. The team has onboarded everything, and we've done a really good job of it. The process has been straightforward, and the team has been a joy to work with. I've given them the details they need, and they've taken complete charge. The program managers have run the process and allowed me to be hands-off.

We started working with them in May 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm definitely spending less time dealing with my IT services and assets. It's significant enough that it makes a difference for us. Moreover, Opus Technology has come to us with the latest innovations and changes in technology. As such, we're always aware of what's going on and can move or change our IT asset stack as needed. All systems are much more reliable and secure.

How did Opus Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They've delivered on time. The team has done a great job and has been incredibly professional. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The combination of their professionalism and friendly approach has made them a joy to engage with.
