For what projects/services did your company hire Apex Computing Services Ltd?
We needed help with our IT and PC security, internal network set-up, and the ability to set-up PCs with new images.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were recommended Apex by an existing customer. From the first meeting, we felt reassured they could help with our IT needs and they have a long list of customers they provide the same services too. The cost is also really good too.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We moved to a new office in April and needed help setting up the networks, including routers, firewalls, and corporate policies in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. We needed to secure all our staff PCs and provide the ability for remote access to monitor, enforce corporate policies, and remote wipe should a PC be lost or stolen.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Four. We worked with the managing director, two senior engineers, and had a single point of contact in the customer service team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our network, PCs, and Microsoft 365 setup are all working in harmony.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Fantastic - we had site visits and meetings pre-arranged and the engineers were prompt and always very helpful.
