The British Council offers IELTS test as one of its providers. We wanted to create a Wordpress microsite to accommodate preparation materials for test takers before sitting IELTS test. We sought for Computools, whom we got their contact through Clutch.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Computools was selected through an RFP process. They were shortlisted and selected from between 5 other suppliers.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We met for a kick-up call to start the project and discuss the business briefly in detail. Then Computools created the initial design which was too close to what we had in mind. They worked with us on further developments until the site was signed off. Upon pen-testing the microsite, Computools has worked thoroughly and timely to solve all security issues and launch as agreed.

4-5 members. Business development, project manager, salesperson, designers and system developers.

The microsite is still under evaluation and developing.

The communication was so smooth. Theeir project manager is very attentive to my requests.

I suggest Computools to pay more attention to UX and journey. It would have been great if they could have given us more guidance on users' journey and interface.
