We're a real estate brokerage in Central London. I'm the director.

What challenge were you trying to address with totality services?

We used numerous IT support companies over a number of years, but were dissatisfied with all of them. We hired totality out of a mixture of hope and desperation. They gave a good pitch, and we decided to try them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They've become a central part of our business. They keep our systems online, suggest improvements, and enhance security. They look after all our telephony and IT, and they allow us to focus on what we do. Whenever we have a problem, we drop them a note and they resolve it.

They proactively maintain everything, and they send regular updates about hardware upgrades and other IT considerations. They buy all our hardware as needed, and we have a good contract with them. They've also done some web design and email marketing campaigns for us. Now, we have dedicated fiber lines, cloud-based options, and better security.

What is the team composition?

We deal with about six individuals on a regular basis. We work with some designers and marketing experts, as well as the helpdesk and their hardware research team.

How did you come to work with totality services?

I found them in an online search. At the time, they were a small company, and they came to see us promptly. Their presentation was good, and our contract was valuable to them. They cared about the work, and their level of service was high.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $10,000-$25,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around May 2017, and we collaborated until about October 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a company, we've expanded to two additional offices since hiring totality. They're an incredibly useful partner for us. The systems they've put in place are better than the ones we had before, but the main benefit for us is the cost. We run quotes through them, and we use their knowledge and recommendations whenever we need to make changes.

They brought us into the 21st century, and some of their improvements were considerable. It's much easier to log in remotely, and our downtime is significantly less than it used to be.

How did totality services perform from a project management standpoint?

They explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. The speed of everything is much better, and their organization is perfect. They provide regular updates and helpdesk reports, and they resolve most things within about an hour.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They focused on the important details, and they really understood how we work as a company. They never drowned us in information, nor did they overwhelm us with irrelevant points.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they could improve. They're charismatic, responsive, and lovely to talk to. I couldn't be happier, especially when I compare them to the other agencies we've used in the past. I've recommended them to some of my biggest clients, and I have full confidence in them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Listen to their proposal and make a decision about the contract length that works best for you. They're very efficient, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
