Mission is small enough so that doesn't happen but they're large enough to get the job done. We get a consistent service that we can rely on. Another thing they do very well is the invoice and billing service. Mission includes the invoice from AWS and sends it to me as part of their invoice. I only get one invoice now, which might sound like a small thing but it's really helpful. I also get a discount by billing through them. Their invoices are very detailed and have all the line-items laid out. I've never had to call them to question any charge because it's easy to read and to understand.
