I’m the controller of Air Gourmet. We provide premium gourmet inflight catering services, offering fresh, creative cuisine and personalized service for private and charter flights, including specialty dietary options and custom amenities.

We needed help streamlining and managing all of our IT needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Methodology IT manages all aspects of our IT needs. They also advise us on risk and exposure and automate our systems for efficiency. The team has automated our customer service, expo, kitchen, and transportation systems.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Methodology IT.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, had a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

Since working with Methodology IT, I don’t have to deal with IT issues.

Methodology IT always delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

Methodology transformed our IT universe from barely managed by Corporate through MS Environment to a secured environment with full-time monitoring.

We initially met with Methodology IT based on stringent IT and cybersecurity requirements from a Prospect. The measurable outcome is that we satisfied the prospect's requirements and they signed the contract.
