They’re excellent. We communicate on an as-needed basis through Slack and video calls. They mentioned that they typically don’t communicate with their clients through Slack but they were flexible in making an exception when I said that it would be more convenient on our end. The entire Convergence team is always quick and responsive to my questions. The turnaround time is quick and they are accommodating to our ad hoc needs. An example of this is when we requested documented project status updates, Gantt charts, and other needs for the management team. They’ve also provided me access to Jire so the entire process will be transparent. We have two-week sprints where we discuss the project, progress, upcoming tasks, and roadblocks. The project manager stays in touch with me weekly or every few days. Matthew is also professional, straightforward, and transparent in conversations.
