Clean and low-maintenance. Weekly calls, messaging on Slack, tasks tracked in Jira – both sides were aligned and communication was clear. Sprint cycles were two weeks — we always knew what was in progress and what was coming next. They flagged a dependency issue early enough for us to resolve it without impact. We added one scope mid-project and they adjusted without pushing the deadline.

The project manager was there for me every step of the way. We usually communicated over email, and my emails were always answered in a timely manner, even if it can sometimes be instantaneous. I didn’t have to use a lot of phones with them, because sometimes it’s easier when you can put it in writing so they can copy, paste, and discuss — we use WhatsApp as well. Moreover, the customer support was really great as we didn’t have any complications. Everything was always on budget and on time, and we always know how much it’s going to cost upfront.
