The team was organized, so we were able to see what was happening at all times, and we were able to direct the activities and set priorities readily. Our Project contact was the Software engineer and had ZERO issues with communication. Due to my own personal busy schedule I was not able to commit to a schedule meeting time and often that time would be adjusted last minute, EVERY time I made the change I was accommodated and was offered other means for communication. Typically we would have a Teams Meeting due to Covid, however, if I was unable to get to a computer I was able to have a phone call. Our work plan was communicated through Jira and was able to easily keep track of the project steps and see the progress.
