Gila has been able to source, recruit, and hire 45+ engineers to contract to LoanPro Software since April of 2022. Sourcing and recruiting the right talent for LoanPro has been crucial for ensuring our success, as it brings in individuals whose skills and values align with our goals and culture. Additionally, hiring the right talent reduces turnover rates and boosts overall productivity and innovation within the team.

Gila has always displayed superior project management skills. By delivering timely results, they have increased our client satisfaction and buit a reputation for reliability, which has lead to repeat business and positive referrals. Additionally, they have kept projects on track, minimizing costly delays and ensuring efficient use of resources.

This platform aims to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and establish a seamless promotion redemption process through the integration of a private-label browser-based platform and mobile app. The core focus is on API-driven architecture and mobile responsiveness, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and optimal UX.

Key Features:

• Multi-Channel Promotion Distribution:
  • The platform will provide users with the capability to create, manage, and distribute promotions across various digital channels, including email, social media, and website popups, mobile, and other feeds. This feature aims to maximize the reach of promotions, enabling businesses to drive an impulse action from their target audience through their preferred communication channels.
• Dynamic Voucher Code Generation:
  • A voucher code generation system will be implemented to ensure each promotion is equipped with unique and trackable codes. This not only enhances security but also facilitates personalized offers tailored to individual customers. The business should be able to import codes (or sync via integration) from their point-of-sale (POS) to streamline the redemption process.  
• API-Driven Architecture:
