The spirit of the company is that life's too short not to enjoy your job, which shines through from the management down. I attended a recent work event with WillowTree's staff in Charlottesville. At these types of events, there will usually be some pockets of resentments from people talking about their bosses, jobs, or clients. I never heard anyone from WillowTree say anything negative. They love their jobs and the projects developed by the company; they feel valued, and it's an unbelievable dynamic, with everyone feeling appreciated and challenged.
