They’re reactive and efficient, and they listen. We ran into a major issue with our site a few nights ago — there was a problem with the inventory adjustment. After hours, we sent them an email and talked to Jennifer around 6:00 p.m. By 9:00 a.m. the following day, everything was fixed. Moreover, it’s the first time we’re working with a company where we have a liaison who’s not a tech-savvy person. Jennifer listens to us and makes sure that everything gets done, which is huge for us because we’re a smaller company.
