In 18 years of contracting for SEO services, running paid campaigns on various channels (Google, Bing, Facebook), developing email campaign strategies, boosting conversions, and creating retargeting campaigns, I've used nearly 10-12 other providers. NP is a company that has a clear and precise working methodology so far. And best of all, I'm confident they'll implement it. I don't have a team. NP is my team! Their roadmap and schedule are precise; there's no room for misunderstandings, and they are always on time. First, be patient and commit to the process. Second, be prepared to see NP as a valid extension of your team - they work best when you give them full access to understand your business challenges. Third, take advantage of their expertise. Finally, follow their structured approach and regular communication schedule. The communication channel is always open with them, and I highly value their detection of technical or structural problems with the website that I’m unaware of or cannot detect or resolve myself.

I don’t know if you could put a metric on the ability of uptime and one of the things that we love about them and that people take for granted, is we get a report every month, on each of the websites that they host and manage. That’s over 50 different website reports on a monthly basis that show us uptime, backups, technical errors, fixes, and timeliness. I can’t put a metric answer because everything they’ve done for me between building the website, hosting, upkeep, security updating, is like life or death with all our clients.
