We needed a company that could handle our SEO initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired NP Digital to help us improve the search engine response for our website, which we use for marketing our consulting services and selling online training to be an enterprise architecture. Their responsibilities include creating content for our blog, conducting keyword research, and optimizing our keywords. 

They started the engagement by conducting a technical audit of our website. They then performed market analysis to figure out what specific keywords we should attempt to rank for. This involved looking at our competitors’ sites, figuring out which keywords they rank for, and then developing a year-long strategy for the same set of keywords.

NP Digital also did some optimizations on our website, such as fixing our duplicate headers. I didn't even know what duplicate headers were, and it turned out that we had hundreds of them. They had to go through all the pages on our site to fix all of them.

We had been using NP Digital’s free keyword tool called Ubersuggest for years, and it worked great for us, so we decided to hire them directly for this project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we started, our website ranked for 67 keywords. Now, it ranks for 2,600 keywords. We’ve also seen a 2,500% increase in our click traffic; we now see over four million clicks per week. In terms of the quality of their work, NP Digital has been able to pick up our niche and deliver great content for our website.

How did NP Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

NP Digital has performed well in terms of project management. They’ve been able to stick to the established budget and deliver everything I wanted. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with NP Digital’s expertise and professionalism. I also appreciate how they provide valuable insights about the keywords that we’re going for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They were a little slow to get the content writing going, so we had a little bit of trouble at the beginning. They took on a complete set of guidelines for a ghostwriter, but we’re a specialized niche, so we weren’t surprised that the ghostwriter had some trouble understanding what we did and what we needed them to do. Fortunately, they managed to catch up five months into the engagement.

We also have an online spreadsheet document, which we use to track all of their work. The problem is that they’re not really good at keeping it up to date.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about your requirements, and don’t be afraid to remind your project manager about them. Another important thing is to make sure that you do your part to make your project a success.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve noticed increased engagement on keywords, key terms, and Google rankings. Also, the content they write for us pops up on Google, driving a lot of traffic to our site. Overall, everything they’ve done for us is an outstanding job, including content backlinks — we’re very satisfied with them.

How did NP Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at staying on budget — we’ve even encouraged them to spend a little more on our project! In terms of communication, we use phone calls and the Google suite.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service is outstanding; they’re good at communication, they answer every inquiry, their team is polite, and they’re informative. Nothing ever goes over my head, and they deliver what they say they are.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. I can only recommend that they add more features and services to their business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Start with content, backlinks, and keywords. Also, have faith in the process because nothing is happening overnight — give it six months to a year, and you’ll see results.

We’ve been happy with their SEO services, which is why we decided to hire them again for their search ads services. We have no plans on ending our partnership anytime soon.

They have a great project management process. We receive monthly reports from them regarding our campaigns, and they check our keywords and content in order to see what we can tweak on the website. In addition, they’ve been professional the entire time that we’ve been working together. We communicate through email and video conferences on Google Meet.

NP Digital’s customer service skills are great. We’re also impressed by their results-oriented approach.

I met with them, discussed my goals, and NP came up with a monthly plan to go after the low-hanging fruit, which were the website pages within striking distance above us on Google.

I have at least one monthly meeting with them, and they provide me with overhauled content and research on how to make each page that we have more likely to rank. Keyword research is also involved. They’ve also discovered a number of issues with the site that I was not aware of, including with my Google Analytics.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They are top-notch — professional and organized. I haven’t seen quantitative results because of the issues they’ve found, but their transparency stands out. My previous firm was very shrouded. NP Digital teaches me about what they’re doing.

I haven’t been working with them that long, but I can see the writing on the wall that good results are going to come.

They are phenomenal from a project management perspective. You get more than you pay for in terms of organization and responsiveness. With NP Digital, you actually know what they’re doing.

If you have an existing website, be prepared to find issues that you didn’t know existed. It will take time to fix them and see results.

Neil is an SEO guru. We trusted the brand he established and also trusted we would be following best practices in real-time. There are plenty of alternative solutions that exist, some at much lesser monthly spend, but, it ultimately came down to trust, as too many companies get scammed by SEOs.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals. They helped us with keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and keywords.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, our overall website traffic is steadily growing. Our website speed has also increased considerably.

They were great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly used email to communicate, and they were quick to respond and implement changes.

They ran a site audit on our website that exposed inefficiencies in how my SEO was setup. The pointers and tips they gave were invaluable, and in turn, it helped provide me with increased quality traffic and improve our website overall.

I feel more industry-specific knowledge would have helped identify opportunities that a competitor keyword analysis wouldn't necessarily highlight.

I had been following N Patel blogs and done some SEO courses through him but what we needed was a nationwide presence, something my skills lacked. N Patel had been known to me for some years so I already had the trust that his company knew what they were doing.

We had many meetings with NP Digital to help them understand our business model and what we wanted to achieve. Once we were confident that they understood they formulated a plan to provide us with more organic traffic, brand awareness and the possibility for more conversions on site. Each week we were sent communication on those deliverables and next steps along with anything’s we had to do. We also had monthly zoom meets to ensure all was on track.

Three I believe. We had the initial contact sales person who helped collate all information. Then we had onboarding and then we have our personal agent who meets with us monthly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well we started out with 3 organic visits per month. A year later we are at 800 visits per month. We have hundreds of keywords we are ranking for. Our bounce rate declined. Our click through rate is 7%. We are converting 70 leads per month organically compared to 0 a year ago. The results are immense. Year two won’t be as dramatic because we were going from zero but we are focusing more on conversions in the next year.

We have a dashboard that shows status of work at any time. Weekly emails with completion and in progress. Monthly meetings to go over numbers. It’s all there and very informative.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We agreed to a straightforward $600 per ad account managed by NP. For months, I was billed accordingly—until one day, three unexpected charges appeared, none matching the agreed $600 or even $1200 for both accounts. No invoices. No explanations. I immediately contacted support—radio silence. After months of chasing, I was promised reversals that never came. We terminated our partnership, but the fraudulent charges were never refunded, and the situation was grossly mishandled by management. To make matters worse, one of our accounts was flooded with bot traffic and fake leads, further exposing the incompetence and lack of accountability.

Our account manager was responsive, she was the only saving grace throughout our experience with this company.
