We provide digital transformation services to small and mid-size companies in Canada and USA.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Growth Max, and what were your goals?

Our website was created by an individual freelancer and lacked professional look and feel, it also had slow load times. Our logo was also not well designed. We did not have any social media presence or any idea how to engage our customers.

How did you select Digital Growth Max and what were the deciding factors?

Redesigned the website and logo for us. Also helped us re-categorize our services into proper categories. They also guided us with the flow of the website to keep it clean. They helped us build our social media strategy and posted activity on weekly basis, that included content development as well - it really helped with our online presence. We had 3 posts weekly on LinkedIn, facebook and Instagram.

There were two main units of work, Website and Social Media engagement For website, all the pages were redesigned, additional pages were added. Logo was redesigned. New stock images were added to give a professional look to the website.

For social media, we signed up for their monthly plan which included weekly blog post, graphic post and industry news. We needed activity on LinkedIn, facebook and Instagram for our business.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, it was a great experience with Digital Growth Max. They have a professional team that pays attention to details and focused on customer success.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They used Trello and Confluence for project management. We were provided access to these platforms, most of the communication happened through the platform. Additionally, our Account Manager provided us updates on weekly basis via Google meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attention to details - Each individual reached out if they had ideas to improve the product.

Project management approach - They used great tools to keep the project on track and additionally provided visibility to us as a client.

Focus on customer success - All of the technical team made sure website and social media work was done properly and asked for the feedback to make sure no errors were made. Very happy customer here.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They do have an A team with great management. It is not just skills but also project management that makes this team a great team to work with. No complaints.
