Portage Point Partners has performed a number of tasks that have helped push our internal processes forward. Two core scopes of work that should be highlighted are as follows..
By creating a new Pitchbook integration with our CRM we needed to identify Pitchbook IDs for over 15,000 companies between our CRM and Pitchbook. Portage Point Partners was able to work through this process is approximately two weeks to the point that we had all of the Pitchbook IDs (where applicable) back in our system before the connection was complete. This saved our internal teams hundreds of hours and push our integration forward much faster than anticipated. Portage Point Partners were able to place team members that were familiar with automation on our staff. They helped us build proprietary applications that allowed us to increase our efficiency when performing back office tasks. These automation applications have helped ensure we have scalable processes but also a lean and efficient back office.

Also, they have installed the Tawk.to live chat on our site that has elevated the customer interaction by a large amount and lead conversion has boosted.

They customer care has been excellent and the overhead savings has been notable, especially in recruiting, training and maintaining an in-house team to handle support. We will be saving at least 70 percent or more cost of operation.

Projection management has been effective and very reactive. We collaborate directly with one of their project managers that helps us know about every step. There is no hassle in terms of communication through Monday.com or RingCentral to communicate about the task and make a voice call. This has been a smooth collaboration based on their flexibility and the capability to integrate into our current workflow processes.
