Portage Point Partners has performed a number of tasks that have helped push our internal processes forward. Two core scopes of work that should be highlighted are as follows..

By creating a new Pitchbook integration with our CRM we needed to identify Pitchbook IDs for over 15,000 companies between our CRM and Pitchbook. Portage Point Partners was able to work through this process is approximately two weeks to the point that we had all of the Pitchbook IDs (where applicable) back in our system before the connection was complete. This saved our internal teams hundreds of hours and push our integration forward much faster than anticipated.
Portage Point Partners were able to place team members that were familiar with automation on our staff. They helped us build proprietary applications that allowed us to increase our efficiency when performing back office tasks. These automation applications have helped ensure we have scalable processes but also a lean and efficient back office.

To start with, they came aboard on a trial basis and during the first two weeks, the onboarding process took place, during which they were familiarized with our products, brand voice and the process of escalation. They easily fitted in our front-line team. All the incoming traffic has been received within their channels, and the outbound one is organised through RingCentral. Also, they have installed the Tawk.to live chat on our site that has elevated the customer interaction by a large amount and lead conversion has boosted.
