I could see other technical startups as well as larger organizations benefitting from Martal's services, as they are fast learners, openminded, respectful, and aggressive. Consistent Communication. Open-mindedness (open to suggestions, no ego, professional attitude, and open to new suggestions). The opposite had to be maintained in terms of open-mindedness.
