And they are also the first to be frank about the art and science of this business - sometimes you just have to try something to find out if it will work. They are excellent at testing something with a bit of money first, bringing back the data, and working with us to make a decision about more (or less!) spending. They are flexible, personable, and reasonable - they are "real" people with a collaborative and practical approach.
