We meet monthly and discuss not only the results and their recommendations, but our strategy and long-term planning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over our time working together, we have seen a steady increase in leads to our business and booked appointments. In a recent month we booked 22 appointments which was an achievement. It seems more people are aware of us as our website is generating more users and returning users are increasing.

Their approach to project management is timely and efficient. Our account manager handles all of our questions very quickly. There is never a delay on their end and they always stick to deadlines they set. They are also very thorough when it comes to our revisions and understand our needs. Their team is attentive and quick to adapt to any changes or challenges that arise during projects.

What impresses us most about this company is their proactive approach to offering guidance and advice beyond their immediate scope of work. W go over monthly reports showing various measures such as # of website users, # of new users and channels,sessions per channel, conversions, ROAS, demographics, success of email compaigns, clicks per session, impressions of ads, landing page data, etc.

They are very quick to respond and always seem to be available immediately. This has made a huge difference when compared to previous companies.

The knowledge behind their expertise is impressive. I have hired previous companies for similar services, and they had never explained in detail what they were doing or why. They did an extensive interview to properly assess our needs and delivered exactly what asked.

I honestly cannot come up with an area to improve on, because whenever we have had an issue, they have responded and corrected it immediately. I feel they care about the companies that hire them and want to deliver exactly what is required and then some. No complaints whatsoever.They consistently give me updates and I am always aware of any changes or activity going on.
