I’m the CEO and founder of an e-commerce hair accessory and vitamin line.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enable X?

I needed help with all aspects of marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped me build my website. They also did product photography, video creative, and editing. The team also did some email marketing, too.

What is the team composition?

I worked with three people from their team. Andrew (Brand Strategist & CEO) is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Enable X?

I found them through a Facebook group for entrepreneurs. Andrew replied to my post and we got on the phone with a few different agencies. I heard his passion and I was really impressed with his ideas. I connected with them and resonated with their message. I could tell they really want to help people.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $5,000–$7,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2020, and our work is ongoing. If they’ll have me, I’d like to be a life long customer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve gone above and beyond from what I’ve seen with any agency. They’re super professional and diligent. I’ve come to really like them as people, too. Whenever I have an issue, they help, even if it’s not in their job description. I get compliments on the site all the time.

How did Enable X perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re diligent in calls with me and I have access to them with email and Slack. We talk every single day, sometimes multiple times a day.  We also have a document where I can make requests.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love their team. They all have the same helpful demeaner and diligence about them. They all have the same heart, drive, and passion. I attribute so much of my success to them. They’ve helped me make my goals a reality and I’m very grateful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’ve had the best experience with them so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re very kind and diligent. Be clear and concise with them. They’re really cost effective and they’re transparent with how much everything costs. As with any agency, if you’re not clear with what you ask for the first time, it’ll cost more to get it right. Make sure that you establish whichever way you like to communicate.
