I have two people that I'm in direct contact with that can help me with all of my accounting needs whereas in prior firms, I would have "access" to a general team. But since everyone was "responsible" for my account, it seems as though no one was responsible. They are incredibly on top of things and always available for anything and everything!

NewCloud Networks has been responsive and they never laugh at our silly questions. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, they always have someone on call. Until they do that, we can’t access the system and they’ve always gotten it done in a timely manner.
