A really great thing about Somo is that they are able to draw on a diverse set of previous client experience. They are a biggish agency, but I think they work with a small agency feel. I feel like we get a good amount of account management care and attention. I feel like they’re pretty hands on. I like the fact that they’ve got a lot under one roof. They’ve got a strong creative services division. They’ve got a lot of mobile media planners to work with. They can also accommodate some of the more ancillary projects like App Store optimization or customer journey. It’s nice not to have to brief those jobs out to a new agency every time. Somo has done a great job of understanding what we do, who we are, and what our main KPIs [key performance indicators] are.

Day-to-day communication happens through Basecamp; it’s a good tool. It helps us share documents, hold discussions, and kick ideas back and forth. Overall, it’s been really useful to receive feedback and also give our input to them. We used InVision to produce all the wireframes so we could click through and view them. This allowed for comments, suggestions, and specific feedback. Wolfcub Digital responds to feedback and makes changes quickly. We also use Skype and Zoom to communicate. Their project methodology is very well-thought-out. Wolfcub Digital is outstanding; they have very good visual sense and excellent designs. We really like the way they implemented the whole process with the detailed ideation sessions. By this I mean their design sprint ideology, user interviews, and collaborative approach.
