Dwellfox Pvt. Ltd. has provided consulting services on the setup of our whole implementation lifecycle. In the beginning, they created the data requirement gathering. Afterward, they moved on to design, development, testing, and deployment. They’ve done testing and integration and provided on-site and off-site services.

We initially told them what we wanted, and Dwellfox Pvt. Ltd. came up with the documentation. They also set up an end-to-end process.

When I assign a task, they do it before the deadline; delivery is always on time. Their budget and communication are also excellent. We communicate via Zoom, Google Meet, and phone calls. In general, everything has gone smoothly.

We found Dwellfox on Linkedin and they were having core expertise in the services that we were looking for.

It was a banking project and Dwellfox worked on these roles and responsibilities: Working on the Design, Build and Testing/ Go Live support in Core HCM and the entire Compensation framework of Compensation Management in Workday including creating Compensation Elements, Compensation packages, Eligibility Rules (primarily for Salary, Bonus, Merit, Allowance and Stock Compensation Plans). Setup and maintained Organizational Structure including Organizational Units, Jobs, Positions, Cost Center assignments etc.

Involved in post-production support in HCM, payroll and benefits and fixed many tickets and involved in the enhancements of reports and Integrations. Worked as security administrator, maintained user access to implementation tenant and configured maintained user based and role based security for professional, academic and contingent workers. API, 12-Factor App, Cloud Native, Caching, Load Balancing, Clustering, Scaling, Developed Cloud native Microservices utilizing Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST using Test Driven Development HRIS Post Implementation Support for Workday HCM Suite. Mainly Business process, Compensation, security, and Daily maintenance of key data points between two HCM applications through direct data inputs and mass data loads.

Performed day to day Workday support tasks for Compensation, Payroll, Benefits & recruitment modules and maintain data integrity. Automated End-to-end data load process from Workday to Essbase/HFM applications via FDMEE. Proficient in agile scrum methodologies and experienced with SDLC using Waterfall, Agile and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Worked on Outbound Integrations from Workday to SAP HUB ECC Good Knowledge in testing of Converted Data in Workday Tenant, Test Cases, System testing, UAT, System testing and Regression testing throughout the life of Workday implementation. Served as functional analyst by analyzing PeopleSoft system functionality and collaborated with the HR and Payroll teams to review system functionality to ensure accuracy.
