They do an excellent job keeping me informed about what they’re working on, so that I’m aware of their progress and know what to expect. Before each phase of a project begins, I’m given an estimate of how many hours will be required for each piece of the project. If I want to add a new feature, they’ll give me general time and money estimates. They’re very transparent and forthcoming when it comes to sharing details about their work. Every Friday, I receive a full written report from them with hours spent on the projects, plus I have access to many reports about their work on a platform called Basecamp.

However, they’re very flexible and responsive to the project needs, and if weekly meetings aren't enough by the end of a project, they can adjust to more frequent meetings.

What they’ve done better than other vendors I’ve worked with in the past for mobile development is that they were very communicative and quick. Oftentimes, for a development project like this, the scope slides and suddenly something that was supposed to be 12 weeks to deliver is now six or eight months. They kept on track, keeping us true to the original scope, to make sure that we didn’t go off the rails where it wasn’t necessary. They delivered the product we needed in the timeline that we needed it.
