Moreover, the worker wallets' ability to build from the worker or the GCs is successful. The ability to mass load workers with Excel sheets provided from a GC is also working well. However, the dev team has helped us absorb the overage by adding more team members at no cost. They've also provided support after the MVP delivery that usually costs about $6,000 per month. Designli has been wonderful to work with, moving toward a big vision.

They set us up with a Trello board, and everything was laid out. If I had a question, I could text or call Jason. He was very responsive and answered almost every time. If something didn’t make sense, we could refer to Trello. If we needed something emailed, Jason would email it. We communicated through Trello, text messages, and phone calls. Hassan was great at communicating, giving us takeaways, deliverables, and keeping it on task. Dan was also great at listening to what we actually wanted. In the beginning, we set up regular weekly meetings. We had check-ins to review where we were at, ensuring that deliverables were delivered within a timely fashion. They were always flexible when we needed it, which was also helpful. After weekly meetings, we would have follow-up emails with the tasks and deliverables. A lot of everything was laid out. Their owner was also great at communicating with us throughout the project.
