They set us up with a Trello board, and everything was laid out. If I had a question, I could text or call Jason. He was very responsive and answered almost every time. If something didn’t make sense, we could refer to Trello. If we needed something emailed, Jason would email it. We communicated through Trello, text messages, and phone calls. We also held Zoom calls whenever we needed to change something. We used email for verification and confirmation. Net-Craft.com Inc.’s communication and efficiency stood out. I didn’t speak to anybody else on their team other than Jason, who gave everything straight to us. Net-Craft.com Inc. was also responsive.
