The project was managed to fit my personal needs. They assigned a manager who clearly established goals and weekly or bi-weekly sometimes as needed meetings to get ahead of issues and create a streamlined process. Once they delivered the application, we went through an extensive training and performance testing. This testing allowed me to use my team to interact with the application and as we noticed user challenges Calibrate responded and quickly created fixes that were unanticipated. They were very responsive to our timeline and needs. They were professional and were very invested in our application and the success of our product.
