They've been really easy to communicate with, and they've fixed all of the bugs during the 30 days if I'm not mistaken. They've fixed all of the bugs, and they still do if we have any problems with the app. They're all online and easily resolve the problems within a couple of days after we tell them. We’re on calls almost every day with her, and she takes our ideas and delivers them fully into the app. We now have a beautiful app.

We learned their style and they learned ours, and they are very on point with DevOps and managing the flow through that and it worked really, really well. We learned how to be very specific and articulate everything upfront so that we didn’t miss deadlines. Although we missed our first deadline by a little bit, I don’t believe we missed any after that. We figured that out and they were really good with the follow-through and the follow-up and were very aware of what our priorities were and were able to make sure that they didn’t over-commit and then delivered with what they promised.
