We can communicate through the dashboard that they’ve set up for us. Often, we look at the analytic dashboard and have to send an email, but it’s hard to describe our needs, especially when we’re not versed in that industry. As a result, their transparency has saved a lot of time so we don’t have to go back and forth in asking for clarification. The interactive dashboard for communication is almost live. You can see what’s being done and take care of things as they come up.
