I would send them 3–4 pages of things I wanted to be tweaked, which they will go through, and tweak them all — they never made me feel bad about all those requests no matter how minor they were. I’ve worked with a few different vendors in the past, and I didn't like having any traction or explanations. With KitelyTech, I only see results. I don’t need to follow up with them as much. For example, I was working on back links with another company. I was expecting to get hundreds or thousands week over week, but we only had 10. They gave me different excuses week after week. But, they had us in a contract, so I felt pinned against a corner. I never felt that way at all with KitelyTech. They are a performance-based company, and that’s why their customers stay with them.
