What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the clearest indicators of success was the game's strong initial download numbers and the overwhelmingly positive feedback on its key features. It was important to us that the AR experience felt natural and exciting, and the player response confirmed that we achieved that. The game was successfully launched on both the App Store and Google Play, meeting our targets for early user engagement and retention.

Their project management was solid and professional. While we experienced minor delays, particularly in the final testing phase, the team was communicative and transparent throughout. They addressed our feedback quickly and were always open to suggestions. Overall, we felt they were highly responsive to our needs.

Their expertise in Unity technology was second to none, but what truly impressed us was their passion for innovation and their ability to take our vision and enhance it. The way they optimized the game for mobile, while maintaining the quality and responsiveness of the AR features, truly set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mobilenani could have done differently?

While we were pleased with the end result, the testing phase could have been more streamlined. We believe earlier and more structured testing might have helped prevent some of the issues that surfaced later in development. However, their swift handling of those issues demonstrated their commitment to delivering a polished product.
