They did a lot of groundwork not only in identifying those people but also in looking at the competition, the industry, and the landscape, which helped to define some of the offerings. Additionally, Albert is passionate and cares, which is reflected in his approach. He is very into detail and creates environments. If you allow him some scope, he will produce very fine work and go above and beyond in terms of his contractual obligations.
