On top of the responsiveness, attention to detail, and technical knowledge, what I've really enjoyed is how the members of the team have leveraged technology to answer our questions efficiently. I reached out about an image hosting issue and within an hour, Thrive had put together a 90 second video showing exactly why I was having that particular issue and what I needed to do to remedy the issue. As a visual learner, this approach was very helpful for me in that I was able to view the solution on my own time, I had the ability to go back and reference the solution, and we didn't have to fumble through setting up a call and then screen sharing.
