Quantfive was happy to coordinate everything required to launch our project from scratch, but also were flexible and open to any project management style our CEO wanted to implement. The best part about working with Quantfive was their emphasis on shipping at least one notable feature every two weeks. Their tight knit team has a real knack for iterating quickly. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to accept an offer to join our company full time :) In all seriousness - They were extremely professional and went above and beyond in the trenches building for our pre-PMF startup. I genuinely do not think they could have done a better job. We were extremely lucky to work with them.
