I hired branded Web Studios for my Bakery Business in Denver, my sister recommended them to me as previously she got her boutique marketed by their professional team. I hired them in last November 2022, they created a minimalistic logo for me and created social pages. They also suggested if we can do marketing for a better reach which was a plus point for my business. Within a few weeks, i started getting orders and i was loving it.

I have again hired them for my ecommerce store and i m sure they will surprise me with great results. Branded web studios, you guys are my stars.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They claimed to have better rates than going directly through Trustpilot because they had an "exclusive contract with Trustpilot."

Through Branded Web Studios, we were to pay them directly, and through them, they would set us up with an upgraded Trustpilot account.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They just had a sales rep and there was nobody else to communicate with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The only outcome is that the company lied and never had an exclusive account setup with Trustpilot. Trustpilot never heard of them through my conversations with Trustpilot reps.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was not effective.. Once the sales person took the money, he never got back with me to get it resolved. It was all about getting that money.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing is impressive about Branded Web Studios.

Stop lying and stealing money from people.
