Replies to emails were prompt, but even better is that Mark was always ready to jump on a call and answer questions, provide guidance, etc. They were very flexible, honest, and easy to work with. The availability of the owner was impressive. For instance, I was on vacation in Grenada with my family when someone on LinkedIn pointed out a typo on my website. I wrote to Mark, telling him I know it's not his job but can he please fix it because I don't have my computer. Five minutes later it was fixed. Really remarkable.

As we went through the design process, they sent us mockups in PDF for review, then we met over the phone to discuss them. They laid out a schedule and hit every deadline they set. They were very flexible in accommodating us when we were behind schedule by a day or two. Overall, I was very happy with the project management. Part of the reason we keep engaging them is because they’re very responsive to us and they stick to their schedule.
