We kept a program of what needed to get done on a week-by-week basis and also worked through issues as they came up. Every week, we met virtually for 20 minutes to an hour to go through the work they had done the previous week and then talk about what needed to be done for the next week. They always answered my questions and were very knowledgeable about the industry.
