Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner and founder of Mind the Class, an organization that reduces mental health risks through a research-based framework and strategic plan by moving mental health practice toward at-risk-orientated detection and prevention.

For what projects/services did your company hire Morr Creative, and what were your goals?

We were creating a brand identity, business plan and marketing plan including social media in which to launch the initial project into schools. Our goal was to have a clear web presence, gain traction among stake-holders and deliver an understanding of the mission and value proposition.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Morr Creative based on their belief in what we are trying to accomplish and their commitment to our success.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First we worked through a brand and marketing project outline designed by Morr Creative which allowed us to frame out the project more clearly, create an identity for the company and what it stands for and align efforts to present that online. Next we planned for a re-build of the website and improve SEO and worked on gaining traction on social media platforms with regular postings and analytics. Finally, we worked to create a soft launch and sales strategy.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had two consultants that worked on the initial brand and marketing strategy one of which also designed the website and continued as our regular weekly consultant, one social media professional that scheduled and posted through our Hootsuite tool, and 5 film-makers who supported the brand film.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We gained a significant network online and developed several partnerships as a result. This traction has led to an initial successful soft-launch program.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met weekly to discuss progress, goals, gaps and strategies. We coordinated a successful photo shoot and brand filming in person over the course of several days. They have accommodated scheduling needs and changes easily and overcompensated during critical points in the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They went above and beyond to provide strategic support, personal guidance, and compassion during tough times. Demetri champions the mission as much as we do!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have researched the specific market more to contribute to sales strategies in particular but the methodologies were still effective for the initial engagement phase we were in.

CMG is an executive coaching and people development practice. We serve primarily corporate clients, as well as non-profits and communities.

Morr Creative coordinated, designed, and produced my brand video that has gotten many excellent reviews. The goals were to tell my story, my approach, and why people appreciate working with me.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got to know the founder during his college days, and saw a gifted, creative person who had vision for both his life and those he worked for.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The video began at Demetri's suggestion in the fall of 2020. He guided me through the setup, scheduling, secured the talented videographers and sound team, and then guided it through to completion.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Directly with Demetri, and a few times with the director and photographer who worked on site the shoot day. Demetri guided everything.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My coaching business is growing, and the quality visuals and messaging that was recommended and shaped by Morr Creative has been consistently complimented.
