Banyan Labs are great to work with. The team meets deadlines and exceed expectations. I'm very impressed with their problem-solving skills, customer service, and technical chops. I will continue to use Banyan Labs and highly recommend them!

For what projects/services did your company hire Banyan Labs, and what were your goals?

We needed to take information from various sources and come up with an automated way to display the information on our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met with several companies and hands down we were most impressed with Banyan Labs. Their prices were very competitive and most importantly, they had the skills we needed.

We had an initial conversation with Banyan Labs and from there they put together a project plan. They met every deadline they set, and have been exceptional at documenting the work along the way and providing suggestions and recommendation to improve the outcome of the project.

I worked with two people from Banyan Labs. Both were great to work with.

The deliverable exceed expectations.

The team had exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

I was very impressed by their communications and ability to meet deadlines. I was also very impressed with their technical skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was completely satisfied with the product that was delivered.

I am COO of Educator 2 Executive, a company providing both wellness and professional services to educators leaving their profession to embark on a new career. We hope that educators who are burned out and ready for a change can do so with knowledge, confidence, and a sense of how powerful their transferable skills are.

For what projects/services did your company hire Banyan Labs, and what were your goals?

I’m working with a friend to start a new online business and we needed it all…logo design, other branding, a new website, and e-commerce set up. Banyan Labs has been a pleasure to work with and the products have turned out beautiful. I know we weren’t always easy to work with because we came into this with little knowledge of the process, but Banyan has helped us every step of the way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Banyan Labs because we seek to give business to companies working to make positive social changes in the world. Because Banyan Labs employs the justice impacted, we thought we would send the business to them. We are glad we did!

We were working on a short timeline. We started with our logo and branding. From there, we began the website framework, and chose to go with Wordpress. Banyan started by asking us many exploratory questions so that they could get a sense of who we are, who our clients are, and what image we wanted to show the world. We made a number of requests throughout the process, and Banyan always came up with a solution.

3. Mark Clark, in development, Nikole Thayne, in design, and Willie Wells in web development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are launching on April 22, 2022, and are on target to meet that deadline.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Nikole managed the project overall. We used Google suite for communication. Email. Shared documents. Google Meets. They were always readily available when I needed to communicate with them. They have done a great job hitting our targets, especially in light of the tight timeline and the changes we kept throwing at them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us great websites that were easy to manage and adapt as the business grew. We have decided to pay Banyan a small monthly fee to upkeep the website, which I know will help us make changes quickly and easily as the business grows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of.
