The key differentiator, and the reason we’ve continued to work with Ignitho, is that they’re outcome-focused. Many people use offshore teams because of the cost, but this wasn’t really why we chose Ignitho. We like their ability to show the right outcome for the customer. If a solution wasn’t right, they determined what proposals we could come back with.
