We offer free technical training to under resourced communities. We advocate for digital literacy and train everyone get up skilled. We offer free computer foundations skills, entrepreneur classes, career development, and IT certification training free to our scholars.

What were your company's goals when you started looking for a partner?

I was looking for cost savings without compromising security and quality for customer support. This MSP seemed to be a great fit for our company.

They also offer CompTIA A+ training and had previously facilitated exam testing for us in the past for our scholars. They would be supporting our staff, instructors, and scholars for their technical needs. RTS would provide security assessments and IT strategy plans to help assist with our own mission.

What are the results or deliverables of this partnership that demonstrate progress or success?

We had saved in the long run over $15,000 annually and they are so interactive with our needs. We were able to get all our devices in compliance and fully operational, they offered additional services at no additional costs which would be huge. They will also be assisting us with moving to the cloud and have added as an additional insight for any IT imperative decisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something this service provider could have done differently?

Just getting a better customer portal besides e-mail would be great. It would be good to be easily find any inquiries/tickets that were submitted throughout the time with them
