5.0 Mar 18, 2025Initially, during the onboarding process, as our team got used to theirs, there were some slight inefficiencies specific to communication, where we would answer questions in one meeting that we would then get asked again in another. After the first few weeks, they onboarded a project manager that supported the onboarding process and eliminated this inefficiency. Since then, the project management has been well-structured and efficient, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. They maintain clear communication about any projects or open-ticket requests, proactively addressing any issues and adapting to our needs as they arise. Their responsiveness and ability to adjust to our priorities have made the engagement smooth and effective. And the cherry on top, is that their staff members are great, kind, and patient people that happily answer any and all questions we may have about IT.

On that front, I would say we’ve been pretty successful. CINQ is excellent in terms of communication. Any time they're not able to see the deadline, they would let us know. However, whenever we give CINQ a task or project, they dive in, try to understand the requirements, and ask questions. The team makes suggestions if they want to challenge the design or have ideas about how to make something more efficient. These guys definitely go above and beyond, by being thoughtful and proactive in communicating about things like that.
