The transition from the previous provider was completed efficiently with little to no downtime. Core systems, user access, and security tools were quickly assessed, stabilized, and brought under management. Full onboarding and transition to CGTechnologies was completed in less than a week. Core systems — including Microsoft 365, user access, devices, and network security — were stabilized within days. Key security measures such as MFA and endpoint protection (EDR) were implemented almost immediately. The transition was seamless and non-interruptive, with no disruption to daily operations.

I think this would be true for any vendor, but make sure that the expectations are clearly communicated. The Imagis team is very flexible — they will change very quickly if need be — but from a cost perspective, it’s always good to have your requirements understood as early as possible.

5.0 May 3, 2013We deployed it [office 365], but the thing I really appreciated about SADA Systems was when we deployed this, it was fairly new at the time from Microsoft, which meant there was a lot of nuances that hadn’t yet been discovered. SADA Systems was really plugged in to Microsoft, which I really enjoyed. When bugs were found, and there were a series of bugs, this is Exchange 2003 we’re dealing with, trying to port that over to O-365, we were one of the first customers to go to O-365.
