Orbis is a leading company in Consulting, Business Processes, and IT Services, offering comprehensive solutions that improve our client's business management by providing services in the RPA area, software development and consulting. I´m currently working as People Management Manager at Orbis Data, assuming the commitment to integrate our collaborators and the company, seeking continuous improvement to grow together.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cosys?

Our company hired Cosys for a migration project that required two Golang Developers. The objective is to provide services for the updating of the system infrastructure, the code review in the different Frameworks, as well as the review of the current APIs, and the creation of new APIs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to work with Cosys for our project, because from the first contact they decided they were always attentive to our requirements, following up step by step, and providing us with a proposal that suited our needs.

The project scope is to realize migration from Java in its first versions to Golang APIs, from a Jdeveloper tool; also validate the current APIs are in correct status and propose improvements to the actual infrastructure.

Were hired three profiles from the role of Golang Developer for different projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Regarding the metrics of the project and the deliverables, all of the client's requirements were met in each one of the deliverables and were always presented with the required quality and within the stipulated times.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The management carried out by the team was very efficient in terms of the communication channels and the response times of the requested requirements; the resources were always followed up so that they met the stipulated times for the deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the highlights of Cosys management is the contention they have with each one of the profiles and with the client. They always responded to our needs and provided solutions in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The relationship with Cosys has been quite rewarding. I believe that the improvements should be internal, not towards us as their clients.

I'm a Software engineer and Founder of an IT company focused on web development and mobile apps.

We've been working on the development of a mobile app called Shelfy, it's goal is to take mobile commerce to the next level. We needed to expand our iOS developers team in order to make that possible, so Cosys provided us with their staff augmentation services.

A client of us recommended their services. They highlighted Cosys experience providing qualified IT professionals, and the good relation between price rates and quality. We had a very good experience so, we can asure the same.

We gave Cosys the job description and due dates. After that they filter the candidates and gave us a shorter list to validate technical skills. After that it was just easy paperwork and few days after, our team was ready to start.

Cosys helped us finding 2 Senior and 2 Semi Senior iOS developers.

What I appreciated the most was the very fast service they provide. And of course the high qualified professionals and with great soft skills they reached out.

Communication was very fluid during the whole process, and of course that reflected on how well they understood our needs and how fast they met our requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It surprised me how people centered they are. They not only have considered our technical needs but also have worked hard to find the perfect fit for the team. They make sure everyone is happy.

No that I can think of right now. It has been a very good experience.

I'm Business Developer Manager of Woxlab. We are Experts developing web and mobile apps using modern technologies such as Python, Django REST framework, Node, React.js, Redux, Vue and Docker. Our work is based on agile methodologies, ensuring continuous delivery and communication.
