Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been 1 month into a project related to deployment of a workflow management system through Sharepoint Online with the team of Online 24X7. So far the experience has been great: the team is responsive, diligent in their work, and sincere about deliverables and deadlines.

They do not back from taking a challenging project and are fairly accommodative when it comes to project scope updates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Slow at start but built good understanding as project progressed

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Diligence and sincerity about project deliverables

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe area for improvement would be to have better quality junior developers who are smart enough to understand the project requirements.

I had to work closely with them to explain each and every detail twice/thrice but was not able to gain confidence on their understanding. Their commitment levels also seemed lower than the rest of the team.
