Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been 1 month into a project related to deployment of a workflow management system through Sharepoint Online with the team of Online 24X7. So far the experience has been great: the team is responsive, diligent in their work, and sincere about deliverables and deadlines.

They do not back from taking a challenging project and are fairly accommodative when it comes to project scope updates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Slow at start but built good understanding as project progressed

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Diligence and sincerity about project deliverables

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe area for improvement would be to have better quality junior developers who are smart enough to understand the project requirements.

I had to work closely with them to explain each and every detail twice/thrice but was not able to gain confidence on their understanding. Their commitment levels also seemed lower than the rest of the team.

Online24x7 has been a go-to vendor for all our Microsoft products. The team is highly knowledgeable about the migration process. With minimum downtime, we successfully migrated to the Dynamics 365 suite of applications. We have a much-improved workflow, and our team is now working much more efficiently. 

We are able to achieve our goals faster and have been transitioning into a much more effective workplace where we are collaborating like never before! Online24x7 has helped us make a smooth transition from a disparate system to a highly efficient system backed by Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. 

We are highly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Online24x7 and the tremendous support they have extended to us during the entire migration journey. The vendor also provided full-fledged training to the employees, making them aware of the intricacies of the software solution and using it optimally to get the most out of the advanced Microsoft solutions.
