They have very good technical expertise, so they were able to deliver. From a management perspective, I think they’ve worked in enterprises before, so they know exactly what type of business users that we deal with and the nuances of that. 5th Method was able to take that into account whenever they did project management. Their group made sure that we were on top of things before we even got started.
