Yes, they delivered items on time and dealt with some unexpected challenges from the product team who manufactured the device in a way that left nearly all of the complex logic to be handled on the app side.

We communicate both with weekly meetings as well as daily interactions on Slack. Within each meeting, we set goals to attain for the week. Simform is always able to meet those goals/deadlines. Furthermore, if there are any Blockages, Simform immediately makes us aware so we can assist with an 'unblockage'.

Some of the more junior resources can be more open to asking for clarification. Working on hand-off and communication given time zone differences could likely be better.
