The OpsKings project management team is second to none. At no point throughout our engagement was I left in the dark or unaware of exactly where the project stood at all times. I always knew what the team was currently working on, progress being made on open deliverables, and what the team would work on next through a prioritized backlog. We had weekly touchpoints and they were always willing to jump on an extra call if more time was needed. In addition, the project management team provides complete transparency. All documents are open, all systems are accessible, and all problems/issues were raised immediately. The last thing you want from a project manager is a surprise, and we never got any from the PM team at OpsKings.
