I’m the CEO of AlignDrift, a business services company. We define and measure organizations’ alignment to their goals using the Organizational Alignment Score (OAS). We also surface where execution is breaking down across teams and give leadership clear, data-driven actions to realign the organization so the strategy turns into results.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dojo Labs?

I hired Dojo Labs to take AlignDrift from concept to a working SaaS AI platform, enabling us to launch quickly, validate the product, and begin measuring real alignment data through OAS.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dojo Labs has handled the end-to-end design and development of the AlignDrift SaaS AI platform, including the UI, backend infrastructure, data processing, and reporting system. Key deliverables have included a fully functional web application, survey functionality, an AI-powered analysis layer, and a reporting system that delivers actionable insights for leadership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dojo Labs has helped us take AlignDrift from concept to a fully functional SaaS AI platform. We’ve launched a working product with end-to-end functionality, enabling real-world use, product validation, and initial user onboarding.While we’re just now launching the platform, Dojo Labs has enabled us to fully test the product with internal users and early adopters. 
We’ve been able to validate core functionality, confirm the end-to-end UX, and gather feedback that has positioned us for a confident and aggressive rollout.
Internal users and early adopters have consistently highlighted the platform’s ease of use, the clarity of the analysis, and the practical value of the insights. The feedback has confirmed that users can quickly understand the outputs and apply them in a meaningful way, which has given us confidence that the platform is ready for rollout.

How did Dojo Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Dojo Labs manages the project effectively, maintaining clear communication and steady progress throughout. They’re responsive and adaptable when needed, keeping the project moving forward. Overall, they deliver on time and meet our expectations for both pace and execution. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What stands out the most about Dojo Labs is their communication and overall execution. They’re consistently responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. They show up prepared, keep meetings on track, and provide thoughtful feedback throughout the process. Moreover, the platform they’ve delivered is fast, lean, and well-built. They’ve gone beyond the original scope by suggesting improvements that make the product more efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience has been very strong. As with any development project, there are always small areas where timelines or details can be refined, but nothing that impacts the outcome. Dojo Labs is responsive, adaptable, and addresses feedback quickly, so there are no meaningful gaps in execution.
