There were no major issues with Amplence’s work or delivery.If anything, it would’ve been helpful to have a little more visual documentation earlier in the process, especially around how the AI design suggestions and workflow automations would connect inside the platform. Since this was a custom AI-enabled system, some parts were easier to understand once we could see them in action.That said, Amplence was responsive, explained things clearly, and made adjustments based on our feedback. The final platform met our needs.
